At Play & Learn, children do more than listen to stories. They become part of the adventure! Through storytelling, interactive play and hands-on exploration, every activity is designed to spark curiosity, encourage self-expression and make learning an enjoyable experience.

Activity 01

Storytime Comes Alive!

This isn't your usual storytime! Children will be invited to join the storytelling adventure through playful actions, engaging activities and opportunities to express their ideas.

Here's what your child will enjoy:

  • Interactive Storytelling: Follow an engaging story filled with opportunities to listen, respond and participate.
  • Story-Inspired Activities: Bring the story to life through actions, role-play and an interactive activity wheel.
  • Express & Explore: Build confidence in sharing ideas and expressing themselves through playful interactions.

Sensory Lab

It's time for some hands-on fun! Children will explore different textures, shapes and movements at our sensory lab play station, where imagination and discovery come together.

Here's what your child will enjoy:

  • Sensory Exploration: Discover different textures and shapes through hands-on play.
  • Play Dough Fun: Roll, stretch and shape play dough to create their very own masterpiece.
  • Imaginative Play: Explore, experiment and create through a playful sensory experience.

Continue the Adventure Beyond the Classroom!

The adventure doesn't end when the session does! Your child will bring home their very own creations, along with a special take-home activity for parents to continue the fun and learning together.

  • A registration fee of $10 per child applies and must be paid in full to confirm participation.
  • Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
  • Parents are welcome to join the session or drop off their child. Parents who opt for drop-off must remain contactable throughout the session and collect their child promptly.
  • Registration fees are non-refundable for cancellations, no-shows or late arrivals.
  • Requests to change session dates or timings are subject to availability.
  • Photography and videography may take place during the event for marketing and promotional purposes.
  • I Can Read reserves the right to modify, reschedule or cancel the event where necessary.
  • I Can Read reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
