First Time Login

How do I log in to the Student Portal / create an account for the first time?

Step 1

Click <First Time Login>.

 

Step 2

Key in the following details:

  1. Student ID (SGxxxxxx)
  2. Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY)

 

Step 3

Please confirm Parent’s information and click <Next> to continue.

 

Step 4

You will be asked to set a password. This password will be used for your subsequent logins from the main page.

 

Step 5

Upon successful login into the Student Portal, you will be directed to the Dashboard page.

Forgot Password

I have logged in previously but have forgotten my login password. How do I reset it via SMS?

Step 1

Click <Forget Password>.

 

Step 2

Select <SMS> and key in your child’s Student ID (SGxxxxxx).

Click <Send Password> to trigger an OTP.

 

Step 3

An OTP SMS will be sent to your mobile number.

 

Step 4

Key in the OTP you received and click <Next>.

 

Step 5

You will be directed to set up your new password.

I have logged in previously but have forgotten my login password. How do I reset it via E-Mail?

Step 1

Click <Forget Password>
 

Step 2

Select <Email> and key in your child’s Student ID (SGxxxxxx).

Click <Send Password> to trigger the password reset.
 

Step 3

A password reset request email will be sent to your registered email address.

Click on the highlighted URL to receive your new password.

Step 4

A new password will be sent to your email address.

Step 5

Email reset step 5

You may proceed with keying in your child’s student ID and the new password you received earlier on.
